			<title>New DRE Continuing Education Requirements Effective March 2008</title>

			<description>The California Department of Real Estate will implemented new Continuing Education
				Final Exam procedures, effective March 1, 2008, that will require final exams for <b>all</b> Live
				courses, increase the minimum passing grade, and eliminate completing the testing of 45-hours
				in one day.</description>

			related experience before being able to obtain a Broker License, was vetoed by the Governor on September 30, 2006.</description>

			<title>New Real Estate Exam and License Application process </title>

			<description>Effective July 1, 2005, under the provisions of AB 2007, individuals may apply and pay for their real estate examination and license at the same time by submitting one application form and fee. This procedure will eliminate the need to file a separate application and fee for each step in the examination/licensing process and is intended to reduce the overall time needed to obtain a new license.</description>
