Senate Bill 263 passed on September 2021, which states that licensees renewing on or after January 1st, 2023 must complete a new 2-Hour Implicit Bias Course and a Fair Housing Course with a New Interactive Participatory Component to fulfill their renewal requirement for their Salesperson's or Broker's license.


With this package, you can purchase the new required Implicit Bias and Fair Housing with the interactive component separately. Our 5-hour correspondence Package fulfils the new DRE requirements passed under SB-263.

* To meet the new DRE requirements, students with licenses expiring on or after January 1st, 2023 are required to complete an "Interactive Component" before completing this course.
