Virginia Baert has been active in California real estate since 1986, and obtained her Broker
license in 1992. Since 1993, Virginia has been involved in developing and conducting training
course for real estate professionals. Her experiences include mortgage loan origination, DRE
compliancy, a contributor to C.A.R. forms, has mentored real estate agents, and has evolved with
all aspects of California real estate.
Jim Eszlinger has over 25 year career as a top-producing sales professional and real estate educator.
Jim is currently the president and responsible broker of a home mortgage company in Southern
California. His background includes franchise ownership, retail sales financing, and retail mortgage
loans for a major financial institute. He is a member of the California Association Mortgage
David Lovenvirth has been the Broker/Owner of Lovenvirth Realty for 17 years. He is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors® where he serves on the Education Committee.
Mr. Lovenvirth is a CAR Certified Instructor for Zipforms, Relay and E-Signature and teaches DRE-approved courses for continuing education.
He has taught DRE-approved courses for Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate.
Mr. Lovenvirth has a degree in Applied Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was a management consultant to business and government for thirty years before moving to California.
Minnie Lush, B.A., GRI, ABR, REALTOR®, is a noted author, lecture, and real estate
trainer widely known throughout California. Minnie has been actively involved with real estate
education as an instructor, author, guest speaker for numerous local, state, and national
organizations and several talk show appearances. Her published works are widely used
today for aspiring real estate professionals.
Since 1987, Tom has been helping real estate agents and real estate organizations
gain the skills needed to better manage their careers, analyze their strengths and
challenges, and achieve there goals.
He is a broker/owner of Prudential California Realty in Chatsworth, CA. On a day
to day basis, he manages a group of real estate agents and support staff and oversee
client/customer relations; operational management; the recruiting, training, marketing;
and assist agents in creating real estate careers.
In 2008, Tom began serving as an instructor for the Real Estate Centre teaching
the Salesperson/Broker Exam Prep Course. Since 1999, he has been teaching Real
Estate and Business classes at UCLA Extension, Pierce College and L.A. Valley
College. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of students prepare for and pass
the State Real Estate License exam.
Randy has been involved in real estate and default servicing since 1982. Randy holds a BBA in
Accounting from Hofstra University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He
is currently licensed as a real estate broker in California and as an attorney in New York and New
Jersey. In addition to being certified by the United Trustee’s Association (UTA) as a Trustee Sale
Officer at the highest level, Randy was also elected to be the organization’s president for 2015-2016.
Randy was previously an adjunct assistant professor of business law, and currently teaches
Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and Aspects of Real Estate Law.
For over 30 years, Randy has been involved with real estate marketing, Title and Escrow,
business development, real estate sales, training, marketing technology, notary public education,
real estate education, and more.
Outside of real estate, he is an instructor for safe boating and search and rescue classes for the
Coast Guard, a certified instructor for the California 4H programs and the Boy Scouts of America.
As a top producing real estate broker/agent since 2004, Larry Webb effectively collaborates
with new and experienced agents to transfer proven strategies, processes and techniques to
grow their business exponentially. Larry facilitates a unique training and coaching environment
of high-energy, empowerment and accountability. Larry is a certified Tom Ferry Real Estate
Coach and mentors an active national client base. In addition to his successful professional
achievements, Larry's advanced business education further illustrates his passion for excellence
and life-long learning: a bachelor's degree in marketing and master's and doctorate degrees in
business administration. He also holds thirteen (13) professional real estate designations granted
by the National Association of REALTOR® - Most notably, completion of the Graduate
REALTOR® Institute (GRI) program. Prior to transitioning to real estate as a full time career,
Larry amassed over 20 years of senior executive leadership experience with leading Fortune
500 companies such as Time Warner Cable and AT&T. A highly decorated United States Navy
Officer and Gulf War Veteran, he served as a Lieutenant (including duty as a Master Instructor)
for 11 years.
