* To meet the new DRE requirements, students with licenses expiring on or after January 1st, 2023 are required to complete an "Interactive Component" before completing this course.

** This course meets the REALTORS® Code of Ethics Training Requirement. You will need to confirm with your local REALTOR association if they will accept it.

About The National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethic Course Requirement

The National Association of REALTORS® rule is that you must complaete Ethics and Fair Housing course during every three year cycle. The first current cycle is set from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027. The next cycle will be January 1, 2028 to December 31, 2030.

Our Ethics and Fair Housing courses satisfies both the DRE renewal and the National Association of REALTORS® regulation for the January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027. However, after December 31, 2027, members of the National Association of REALTORS® will be required to take the Ethics and Fair Housing again.
